We are looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to support our Commercial Plumbing Division. This role is ideal for a former plumber or plumbing technician who understands the trade and has strong communication and sales skills. You will prepare accurate quotes, build customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and cost estimations for commercial plumbing projects
• Qualify inbound leads and proactively pursue new sales opportunities
• Communicate confidently with contractors, GCs, property managers, and facilities teams
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Evaluate client needs and recommend plumbing products and service solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure proper job scope and handoff
• Maintain organized records of quotes, customer interactions, and sales activities
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-through on all quotes

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience REQUIRED (service tech, installer, foreman, etc.)
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and jobsite conditions
• Experience in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate job pricing capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer-based quoting tools and office software
